  1. Your agency must be in Eastern Jackson County (East of 435) or Cass County and serve its residents
  2. You must be a 501(c)(3) in good standing with the IRS
  3. Your request should address: Federal and/or other Government Program Funding Cuts; Capital Campaign, a Special 1x Project/Equipment; On-going Program/Services
  4. Special Events, Grand Openings and other gathering announcements will NOT be considered.
  5. Churches may apply if they are implementing a program that benefits the whole community (e.g. Summer Lunch Program - Diapers)
  6. Cities and their departments cannot apply.
