To ensure community voices are always at the table, the Chair of each of the Foundation’s four Advisory Boards also holds a seat on the Board of Directors. We are proud to introduce our 2024 Advisory Board Chairs.

Kim Roam is new to the role of Advisory Board Chair and will represent the Blue Springs/Grain Valley/Oak Grove Advisory Board. We know he will bring great enthusiasm to the board. We also congratulate Dr. Beth Savidge, Liesl Hays, and Dave Turner, who have all been re-elected for a second term to serve Independence/Sugar Creek, Lee's Summit/Lake Winnebago, and Raytown Advisory Boards, respectively.

Every one of the nearly 100 individuals who volunteer on THCF Boards are deeply dedicated to giving back to their communities, and we are grateful for their leadership and service. Having community members actively involved in decision-making processes is essential to creating a more equitable and inclusive community for us all.

We look forward to working together with all our volunteers to build a stronger, more connected community. See who else is serving!
