Event Details
Event Layout
The Check-In for all Gala attendees is in the Westin Lobby (lower floor). The Cocktail Reception will begin at the waterfall (2nd floor) and flow into the 3rd floor. Our Ballroom is upstairs on the 3rd floor. All of these hallways connect to the garages or Crown Center.
Entrance to the Westin Parking Garage - 1 East Pershing Rd.
The main entrance to the Westin Parking garage is facing Pershing Road, on a one-way road, as you come east. Underground, it is also attached to the Crown Center retail overflow lot. You can park in any of the lots and find your way to the Westin.
Self-Parking in the Garage
Self-Parking in the garage is free for Gala guests!
There should be a parking attendant at the Westin Entrance to give you a free parking voucher as you enter. If there is not one, go ahead and park, and then pickup your free Parking Voucher inside the lobby at our Parking Table.
You will use these as you exit, please do not collect more than 1 per vehicle.
Exiting Through Crown Center
The Crown Center Hallway Doors will lock after hours.
You may have to walk back to your car a different way than you entered (if you came through Crown Center shops). If you need assistance with directions to the lots, we will have a Parking Table of staff who are able to help you.
Valet Parking
Valet Parking is $39 Per Vehicle (plus tip)
If you choose to Valet Park, please do so. Once inside the event, you can pre-pay at our Parking Table, to avoid having to wait curbside to pay at the end of the night.
Sponsor Valet Passes
All Sponsors $3,500 and Above receive Free Valet
Sponsors may pick up Valet Passes at the registration table on behalf of their table. The passes will be used upon exiting.
