Brad Batz serves as the CEO of Fike Corporation, a global leader in industrial safety solutions specializing in explosion protection, fire suppression, and pressure relief systems. A third-generation member of the Fike family, Brad assumed the role of president in 2014 and expanded his leadership as CEO in 2017. Under his guidance, Fike has undergone significant organizational restructuring, transitioning to a market-served model to enhance operational efficiency and customer focus. 

Brad's strategic initiatives have streamlined company objectives, revitalized sales channels, and fostered a culture of transparency and employee empowerment, aligning with his vision of purposeful growth that prioritizes stakeholder value over mere expansion.
