Many nonprofits have an annual fundraising strategy. Through your Fund at THCF, your donors may give more than gifts of cash to support your mission. Gifts of stocks and bonds, real estate, personal property or maturing CDs may also be gifted to your Fund. THCF provides administrative support to help you receive the larger donor gifts that will move you towards sustainability. Sometimes called deferred gifts, the term planned gifts refers to specific strategies that benefit charity at some point in the future while offering immediate benefits to the donor. THCF works with gift planners to create and implement effective planned giving programs. In the last five years, we have helped partnering nonprofits to implement gift plans totaling $50 million; these plans will benefit their Organization Funds at the end of life. Our staff is available to support your staff, your donors and their financial advisors as your donors consider any planned gift type.
